Tracy Loso is the newest member of the No Nonsense Team. Having worked with Christopher through the sale and purchase of 3 different homes over the past 7 years, when Tracy made the decision to change careers the choice was obvious. Christopher’s unique No Nonsense approach inspired Tracy to leave her teaching field to pursue her passion for design and explore what she as well can offer to the Real Estate industry.
Born and raised on Long Island, Tracy grew up with hard-working determined parents. She watched them begin a small railing shop doing side jobs out of their home garage and within a few short years, transformed it into a thriving business servicing Montauk all the way to Manhattan. With family values and integrity as strong as hers, Tracy advises and treats every client like a close family friend. Much like her mentor Christopher, Tracy’s goal is not simply to meet the client’s needs; it is to exceed their expectations!
Tracy relocated to the SWFL area in 2002. After recently experiencing the devastation of 9/11, her family made the decision to move at the height of the market’s peak. Tracy has been here ever since and is well educated on how easily the market can fluctuate and is patient and caring when informing clients new to the area or just new to the incredible opportunity that homeownership offers.
Not afraid to get her hands dirty, Tracy was taught to weld at her father’s railing shop as a teenager and continues making large-scale abstract steel sculptures in addition to various other upcycling crafts. With her B.A. degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Art History, Tracy spent many years studying the artistic contributions of various cultures from around the world and employs this knowledge while judging the possible investment potential a property has to offer.
Choosing your realtor can be a difficult task when you have not been directly referred to them by a trusted friend or family member. Tracy is the kind of realtor that will not treat you like her next paycheck, but as her next mission. Her mission is not complete when she has been paid.
