This Fannie Mae foreclosure was one of our most challenging No Nonsense Luxury Renovations to date. From the awkward huge Date Fireplace in the middle of the Main Living to the abnormal sunken Living Room that was more of a safety hazard than a design element to the Closed Dated Kitchen, to the Unique Looking ’70s Style Dropped Dining Room Ceiling Master Bath, which had 2 Door Separating the Vanities, etc. We knew the home had potential if we could open up the floorplan & it could transform into an ideal entertaining house with the pocket sliders out the back to the huge Private Pool Area. Outside, we installed a New Roof, removed the Dated Rock Wall, Installed all New Landscaping & Trimmed back the severely overgrown Trees, Installed a New Garage Door & used New Earthtone Paint to boost its appeal. Inside the Dated Fireplace was removed, the sunken living room was raised making it level to the rest of the space & creating a huge open floor plan with sight lines from the front to the back of the home. The Dining Room Ceiling was raised & the Kitchen was opened up including the closing of an old window to more than double the Cabinet Space. The Master Bath Doorway was removed connecting the full space allowing us to install a 130″ Vanity with Carrera Marble Counters & a White Subway with Glass Mosaic Walk-in Shower. The Guest Bath received a similar upgrade & we even upgraded the dated Wet Bar to an impressive Modern space.
