This Distressed Foreclosure was No Nonsense Luxury Transformed inside & out.  This home had the impressive Front Courtyard & Spanish Arch it just needed to be brought to Modern Day Standards with our No Nonsense flare.  We started by removing the damaged Tile Roof & installing a New Dimensional Shingle Roof, then the Dated Windows were removed & brand new windows were installed throughout.  The old school garage door was replaced with a brand New Hurricane Ready one & then we went with a Neutral Color Palette with just the right brown accents.  Inside, we completely re-designed the Kitchen opening it up & bringing in New Cabinets, Exotic Granite, a Travertine Backsplash, S/S Appliances & a custom Wine/Bar Area.  The Master Bath was re-configured, which allowed us to create a Large Walk-in Closet in the Master Bed & still be able to Install a New Wood vanity with Dual Sinks, Granite Counters & a Travertine Tiled Shower.  The Guest Bath was a full gut, & we decided to go with a neutral Tile for the Shower, installed a new Tub, New Vanity, Granite, etc.  The list goes on inside.  Lastly, the Pool received a Brand New Pebble Surface, New Tiles & all New Equipment.  In the end, this one while challenging came out incredible.  No Nonsense, Just Quality Renovations!!!
